You want to make better choices for your health and vitality, and you know changes to how you eat can make a difference in how you feel and how you look. However, with all of the misinformation and competing health claims, you don’t know where to start. The first step in your body transformation process is dialing in what you eat.
We will set your body and food goals together, and work through food choice, calorie tracking, meal preparation, and the practices that lead to success — even when you hit a plateau.
You’ll learn how to use calorie tracking, flexible dieting and IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros) to lock in progress but also have the flexibility to eat any foods without sabotaging your efforts. I’ll support you every day so that you don’t feel overwhelmed, or get discouraged when things are confusing.
I will review your food logs (MyFitnessPal) and provide the feedback and guidance that will maximize your progress and knowledge of bodyweight transformation. You will have unlimited email access to me as your Macro Accountability coach for your very own personal support network.
A commitment to counting and tracking calories. We’ll use a selection of free or inexpensive iOS/Android apps as well.
